Who we are

Tessora Labs is a project that is being set up and is not yet incorporated. Until the company exists, the people running the project are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything in this notice at contact@tessoralabs.com.

What we collect

• When you visit this site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser, the page you asked for and when. We only see aggregated traffic figures, not individual visitors.
• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: pages viewed, the site that referred you, country, browser, device type and how fast the page loaded. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t fingerprint your device and doesn’t follow you across other sites.
• When you email us. Your email address, your name and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to follow up on the conversation.

Cookies

We don’t set cookies, and we don’t use advertising or social media trackers. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie if it needs to check that a visitor isn’t an automated bot.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and provides the visit statistics. It is based in the United States, processes data worldwide and takes part in the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Frameworks.
• Hostinger hosts our email, in the European Union.

We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for as long as the conversation, and any work that comes out of it, needs them, and are then deleted. Visit statistics are aggregated and kept by Cloudflare for up to six months.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. Email contact@tessoralabs.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

We’ll update this notice when anything changes, for example once Tessora Labs is incorporated. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
